Both the Spanish Civ2 site and the Scenario League site are UP!

I just came from both.

There are some buggy links in the Spanish site, but everything looks like it's working.

Finally dled all the scenarios I was missing.

Were they down? I just accessed both and never noticed any difficulties.

They had been down since the server moved... And some hosted sites are still down, like the Cradle.
