  • @curtsibling: They look splendid, though yes, I would prefer more human-looking Atlanteans. Many worshipful thankings!

      • I'm sure the blue Atlanteans people set will find a home somewhere out there in the realm of Civilization II. They're all quite excellent Curt!

Yep - The blue dudes have found a place in BFIII!

          • How is BFIII comming along Curt? Any insight on what we can expect in the newest installment?

            • I think that this is my best work:

It is an anglo-saxon, or european set

Sadly most of the civ3 crowd does not realise what 2d art is

                  Philistines!

You mean the detail doesn't show on Civ3?

                  Maybe anti-aliasing blurs the graphic?

                  • Hm, the detail gets a bit morphed, if the program runs in a different analysis (which is the normal mode for it).

But i meant that the civ3 community is not very involved in 2d graphic making; infact i am one of only two people who do it, and currently the only one active in it as well.
2d seems to be a dieing art

There is a new screenie on the fantasy thread...

All I can say at the moment is that BFIII is set about 50 years
after BFII, and there has been some changes in the world...!

For instance, the Ancient's have had a revolution...And the
Humans are now only one faction, made up from scattered
                      survivors of the 'Great Frostover'...Hmmmm.

                              • I don't recall having ever posted these here. But then again, they aren't exactly brilliance defined.
The last one is an improved version of one I posted before, or so I remember.
