The Altera Centauri collection has been brought up to date by Darsnan. It comprises every decent scenario he's been able to find anywhere on the web, going back over 20 years.

Call To Power 2 Cradle 3+ mod in progress: https://apolyton.net/forum/other-games/call-to-power-2/ctp2-creation/9437883-making-cradle-3-fully-compatible-with-the-apolyton-edition
@Patine:
I would keep infantry at a minimum for the alien scenario.
For each faction I would recommend:
One basic (role 1) garrison unit.
Perhaps give an upgrade unit for this via research, which nulls the old unit.
Two (role o) attack units.
One that is the basic but effective grunt.
Another far more expensive shock trooper.
An upgrade for these guys to a higher level, via research.
Some uber-heroes made possible from events.
One aerial fighter/defence type unit.
Perhaps an upgrade for this?
One bomber/gunship type attack unit.
Perhaps later upgrades?
Various naval units of transport attack roles.
Notes:
Don't give the civs too many infantry types...Just basic types for garrison.
Keep the modern warfare based on fast-striking helo and tank types, and save
the minimal amount foot-pounders for city defence! The AI goes to hell with
too many choices of unit to make, and it clogs up the unit slots that could
go cool heros and monster units that could make the scenario truly rock!
Make sure the tank/helo/attack units increase in power with tech research,
as this helps the AI do what you want it to do in the game progression...
I will get an email out to you soon with some suggestions for the unit
layout...I think we can hammer out something that can get the AI dancing
to the right tune!
@Curt: Some good advice there! I think I have too many tanks and jets available to each human player, and the barbs have several flavours of infantry all their own, though I think the aliens are mostly alright. I hadn't yet considered uber-heroes, though; might be an interesting possibility...
Some more grahpcis request:
• The Chinese J-XX fighter (google J-XX and you'll find an excellent photograph taken by sinodefence - unfortunately, the pic has been removed, but the google thumbnail remains - last time I saw it)
• The Dassault Rafale Fighter
• A security contractor/mercenary'
• A Su-35 fighter
• Does France have any F-22 eqivalent fighters, or does the Rafale count? If it does (besides the aforementioned fighter), a unit pic would be nice.
@Disco: Naval and stealth versions of the Rafale, drawn ages ago. A close look-alike of the "canard-ed" su35 by Gareth, the Su37. I thik Curtsibling has made a JXX, I am not sure if that's what you mean (the one they're developing with Pakistan).

Besides the J-XX (and an French and/or European equivalent to the F-22), I think i"ve got just a few more requests:
• An Abrams in woodland cammo. Giving it the TUSK additions wouldn't hurt , but they're not necessary.
• Russian "Black Eagle" tank
But Chiorny Oriol is out of debate i think? There were some rumors about a T-95 ( No, not that Fake tank on some Game sites ), with 2 man Crew and automatic turret instead.
America also had an equivalent for this tank, looked kinda strange and flat, also 2 man crew and automatic turret but i saw it on TV some time ago, i think N-24 or N-Tv, or Euronews.
Say some of you guys ever played "Steel Panthers"?
