I honestly believe that a surviving Byzantium would have colapsed under the 19th century nationalistic movements. Although on second thought no fall of Constantinople=no greek scholars migrating to Italy=no Renaissance= no age of enlightment=no french revolution.

So beautiful! I just wish I had the ability to make a WWII Scenario worthy of these wonderful creations. I LOVE the Matilda MkI and the Bren Carrier. Glad to finally see a Beaufighter and a Curtiss Hawk 75A. Some of the more obscure kit almost had me weeping into my beer. The TKS, Somua S35 and the Spanish Legionaries are particularly nice. I also really like the M4 Calliope and 75mm HMC as well as the Soviet AA Truck.

I must find the energy to finish Fortress Europe to act as a showcase for at least a few of these wonderful units. If I can summon a fraction of the dedication it must have taken to finish this set I will get there eventually. I just wish I wasn't such a lazy SOB!
