Call To Power 2 Cradle 3+ mod in progress: https://apolyton.net/forum/other-games/call-to-power-2/ctp2-creation/9437883-making-cradle-3-fully-compatible-with-the-apolyton-edition
Caught between Erika's fantastic combo and Fairline's new ancient Greeks, this is what I came up with:
19th century Greek armies (post revolutionary)
I'll do the 1912-1949 period next.
(I used the official Greek Army site for refference)
Here is just one more batch from the defunked "Guns of the South" unitset. For this one I started tagging the hex's with the regiment number so they're more easily identified. I'll tag all the regiments whenever I get around to posting them all as a single graphic down the road. Also, I want to point out that none.... and I mean NONE of these units would have been possible without Gareth's original Civil War unitset for which I am eternally greatfull .

Thanks,
BTW, your units look absolutely brilant
As for Turtledove, I have his "Guns of the South" & "World War" series already.
I'll give HFR a look once I get some free time...
Anyway, here I go with another spark in the Balkan powderkeg: Bulgaria
1885 & 1912 wars
The last two are world war units, I only tweaked the WWI unit slightly to get the WWII infantry.
They were not in any Axis unit list so far, possibly because although Bulgaria was an Axis ally, they participated in the occupation and ethnic cleansing in Greece and Yugoslavia, not in any major military operations against the alies. Quite the realists, they turned against the Germans once the Soviets were inside their borders...
For once they jumped ship just in time (they were badly mauled in 1913 and WW1 & invaded a couple of times)
On the other hand, this is the Balkans. Everyone had his turn of being the victim or brutalising others at one time or another, let's hope the 1990's taught people in the region something about coexistence.
Besides, I haven't really met any Bulgarians I didn't like yet.
Next in: Serbia and Montenegro

2 new unists, and the ones i made them from,
i may have to take a break from civ2 for a bit while i do an overhaul on my computer, it's been really quirky lately, and i am tired of working on something then getting a blue screen of death or a spontanious restart,

@ Chris: Could you furnish me with some more of your fabolous ACW unit mods? I embarked on a Gettysburg mod (for ToT) and I´d need some more infantry chaps ...
Rebel Units:
South Carolina Infantry
Alabama Infantry
North Carolina Infantry
Virginia Cavalry
North Carolina Cavalry
South Carolina Cavalry
Mississippi Cavalry
Virginia Mounted Cavalry
Mississippi Legion
Maryland Infantry
Yankee Units:
Michigan Infantry
Pennsylvania Infantry
Massachusetts Infantry
Maine Infantry
Vermont Infantry
Connecticut Infantry
Delaware Infantry
Union Sharpshooters
New Jersey Infantry
Ohio Infantry
Illinois Infantry
Illinois Cavalry
Indiana Cavalry
New York Cavalry
Pennsylvania Cavalry
West Virginia Cavalry
Maine Cavalry
Vermont Cavalry
Michigan Cavalry
I know this is a very long list - if you do not have time or want to contribute more of your fabolous mods I could understand that.
If anyone else feels her/himself invited to contribute any unit from the list mentioned above I´d be grateful - which does not mean I am going to stop modding around myself.
Btw, I have a single kneeling Union trooper attached - modded after Chris' wonderful Union Regular trooper, based upon His Master's Work, Fairline
Steph for you my good man I will gladly take up this task. Besides, I have the units set up in Photoshop where modifying them takes little more than five to ten minutes per unit. My only concern would be finding a proper coloured illustrated reference for all the units. Any idea where I might be able to find such a reference?
This here is another attempt at an old favorite of mine the How Few Remain units. This time however I'm using a new style of units pioneered by Garteh, first used by Curt and modified for nineteenth century combat by Steph (I hope I got that order right ). In my mind this style will become the standard for all rifle bearing units in the future.
As before, the units featured are a Mexican Infantry, British Infantry, Union Infantry and Confederate Infantry.
