    • Very nice, though I wonder if the hind quarters of Boney's horse is quite all there.

        I think it's a pony. It'd fit him better.

Great job Fairline! Excellent work. Who was working on a Waterloo scenario?

            • Well there's nothing I can add that hasn't been said already, brilliant work as always Gareth. How long exactly were you working on those two sets? I mean how much time do you spend on an entire set and per individual unit typically?

                • Thanks. @ Sarsstock: I spend most time getting a basic unit pose drawn and it's not too time-consuming modding them to different units thereafter.

@Curt: believe it or not the paint jobs on the cannons are accurate - the Russians really did paint the cannon carriages a putrid green and the Prussians used that over-the-top blue. I guess they were protecting the wood from rotting and Ronseal hadn't been invented yet

mmm, Boco once noted I couldn't draw a horse's ass as well. Too pointy? All I can say is I copied it from a photo of a horse with a pointy ass

I didn't even notice, ya that is kinda cool. But just Kinda (don't want Gareth to get a big head now do we?).

                          • The infantry now have headroom for helmet plumes and both cavalry and their mounts are taller. I've also used more colours on the latest units such as the Spanish.

Eivind - did you get the e-mail with the completed Desert War units? I sent it a few weeks ago, so let me know if not and I'll resend.

Yes I did. Didn't you get my reply? Anyway, I'm vacating at my family's place, and won't be back in my flat until mid August. I'll get back to you from my home computer then!
