If Spanish isn't just an example, but it's actually the only language you're interested in, the Spanish Civ forum would be the best place to ask:
I don't know of an official Spanish version, but if there isn't one, some of the Spanish players may have translated it themselves... -
English, French and German are the three official versions of the game.
But Mercator is right: the Spanish Site is very active (and offers a very good selection of scenarios
) .
