Jorrit (or anyone else), maybe you could help me out of this one:

I am reduxing one of my older scenarios at the moment and I wanted to make it boost stackable terrain.

So I ran CivStack.

And now I have only the ocean terrain stackable and nothing else. How come?

Attached is the savefile, I´d need fortresses on all terrains save Deserts, Mountains and the Jungle terrain slots.
