@ any and all who'd care to respond
With regards to my question, keep in mind please, I'm rather new to all this
First though....Thanks to Mercator for informing me on how to start out a game/scenario with 6 or more civs each having their own city styles, and for his advice on posting.
My question is...regarding using technologies, events, etc. to trigger certain events or availability of city styles, or units to certain civs, could form of government be a determiner of which civs can produce certain designated/assigned units? As a follow-up or additional question, can I assign a form of government to a civ and have that form of government remain unchanged throughout the entirety of game/scenario play?
Thank You
