  • Legacy of Kain Mod

Hi everyone, just wanted to let you know that I'm gonna try and make an LOK mod, I've got the story already penned out; it's gonna be set after Blood Omen 2 and before Soul Reaver 1 during the rise of Kain's empire, just after Kain raised his 7 Leutinents. If anyone is familier with the story I need pics of the Pillars. It wil include a detailed Timline, so if you never played an LOK game you won't be lost. In my opinion the LOK series is the most underrated video game series of all time, so hopefully this mod will bring new fans. hera are a few sites you could check out: http://www.Nosgoth.net and http://www.dark-chronicle.co.uk/updates.php:)

    Raziel:
Kain is deified. The Clans tell tales of Him. Few know the truth. He was mortal once, as were we all. However, His contempt for humanity drove him to create me, and my brethren.
I am Raziel, first-born of His lieutenants. I stood with Kain and my brethren at the dawn of the empire. I have served Him a millennium. Over time, we became less human and more ...divine. Kain would enter the state of change and emerge with a new gift. Some years after the master, our evolution would follow.

Years ago there was a fantasy scenario called "Kain and the Dead God". I don't know if it's still around anywhere. I haven't seen it for ages.

Actually that's not even my name anymore. Umm a lot of things have happened and changed.. but I'm doing pretty good. You can PM me if you want more details but I won't post anything publicly (and especially not as off topic posts in other people's threads ).

I guess I must have been in a weird mood at the time because I had been trying to avoid posting here for quite a while (although I do lurk some of the forums).

Sorry, something on topic- I don't know anything about those games but I wish you luck with your efforts.

Here is another unit, this time of a Sarafan Priest.

THE SARAFAN (THE ANGELS OF LIGHT)
The Sarafan were a fanatical order of vampire hunters, originally founded by the human Circle of Nine, and led by Malek. The Circle had become concerned about the growing vampire population in Nosgoth, so they created and trained the Sarafan to eliminate the 'undead scourge'. Members of the Sarafan brotherhood were generally referred to as 'Sorcerer-Priests' or 'Warrior-Priests', and they pursued their prey with righteous zeal. They were loyal to the Circle, organised and ruthless.

Here is another unit, this time of a Sarafan Priest. I'm still having problems with the resizing, and making the background transparent, I use Oriens Enhancer v3.0

Here is the title screen I created today. Does any one know how big a title screen can be? From now on I'll be posting at civfanatics, if anyone is interested in the mod look for me there I have the screenname, so for now this will be my last post at this site, because I have trouble uploading images.

                    it's exellent,
post stuff here, at cdg and at civfanatics, that way your stuff is seen by the most amount of people and you can get the most amount of help if you have a problem, 3 sites are better that 1
I am not delusional! Now if you'll excuse me, i'm gonna go dance with the purple wombat who's playing show-tunes in my coffee cup!
Rules are like Egg's. They're fun when thrown out the window!
Difference is irrelevant when dosage is higher than recommended!

Is this to do with LOK?

Perhaps you could upgade your post above to explain the request?

Hey Guys, just wanted to let you know that I stopped working on this mod, because it was going to be an easy mod; the game was not going to be challenging due to the setting i picked for the mod, no matter who you chose Vampires or sarafan, or the other kingdoms, the vampires were gonna win. So now I'm working on a new more balanced mod for TOT.
