An attempt to create a scenario as close to reality as possible on an Earth-like planet.
It is played as per the Civ2 manual rules with the following exceptions:
* Game length is extended to 2200AD
* Oracle's life extended to Democ
* Mikes effects curtailed at Electricity
* All ships have increased movement
* Howies 1 movement
* Tech paradigm twice as slow
* Marco Polos costs 400 shields
* Leo nullified
* Diplos cost 60 shields and spies 120 shields
It should be played like a diplo game but planetary conquest IS permitted.....
