Setting up IP games LIII

Due to where Christmas and New Years fall in the calander this year, our company had to make some extra holidays this year. So we get MLK day off monday. Anybody else going to be off, if offers some extra opportunities this weekend.

We used to get that one off when I worked at a big agency. I brought this up at our Board of Managers meeting because we too had to schedule an extra day due to the calander this year... and the response was classic... "If it's such an important day to somebody, they can damn well use one of their personal days"

Looking forward to Friday night... the wife will be out of town, and won't be back until late on Saturday... so I will be available early that night as well.

Let's see, they tossed in President's day, which we don't normally get, and my favorite one, spring festival day (which just happens to be Good Friday, but heaven forbid it being listed as a Christian holiday)

Great for Saturday Ming, maybe we can get a good early LONG game in.

They gave us the 2 days off Christmas week anyway, which was nice for late shopping, honey-do's etc. We got Feb 21 as our floater -- President's Day.

This is my last weekend here before the annual golftrade show trip, so I hope to get in at least one decent game. (Sadly, I'll be finishing up presentations and speeches this weekend, so one will have to be enough.)

You know ever since posting in this thread, Im still subscribed, and I must say I find this very entertaining watching you guys set up your friday night "gaming" get together.



One of these days Ill actually be in Chicago for a weekend and Im going to have to join you, although I doubt that I can keep up in the "gaming" department any longer

Snow shouldn't start till after you're home. I'll be there around the normal time, and yes I also seem to remember that JR won't be around so you may want to pick up the beer. 6 inches of snow won't bother me.
