Looks nice, but one little comment. You have a Katyusha on your units gif. By then, the russian MLRS was the BM21, like the katyusha, but thinner, and with 4 layers of launchers.

Absolutely, but I'd stick with the isometrics in the Soviet cities...that reddish building on the left kind of pops out at me.

While such a building would accurately depict the flaws in the communist system;
With a few minor adjustments, a similar isometric could easily be substituted!

I changed more than you might have thought ...

(1) I will now use the map Harry Tuttle designed for Atomic Eagle.

(2) Some civs have changed as well:

Emerica - the Cradle of Liberty

the Rodina - the Evil Umpire

NATO/West - good ol´ Emerica´s friends

United Arab Republic - highly Socialist friends of the USSR

Persian Empire - Emerica´s staunch ally at the Soviet flank

Mejico - struggling in an anti-socialist civil war

Steph you have raised the bar for all of us when it comes to city designs. My only advice is to add some shading to the Russian domes to give them a more 3D appearance.
