First one:

Some city improvements can't be built unless an older improvement is present, such as Library-> University. Does anyone have a link to a list where these improvements are grouped?

And don't forget that some improvements are affected by certain techs also.

The Temple slot won't do much without Ceremonial Burial.
Cathedrals are scaled back by the Communism tech.

Thanks Good link. I've been working through reference material on another site so I haven't spent very much time at the SL section here yet. It's a lot of info to go through, for sure.
