This question is mainly directed to Mercatore Uno or someone very familiar with his CivSwap utility. Simply put, does the utility read .hot autosave files toward its turn progression, or only .sav autosaves?

Good question... Indeed it only looks for .sav autosaves. But that should be easy enough to fix.
