1. You can probalby cut some of the ship Slots-while I know both sides did use warships, really, the naval war was at best a sideshow-three types of unit, sub, surface warship, and transport would probably be enough
2. You might think of including a couple units more for Axis allies, specifically Hunagry and Italy, both of which supplied a fair number of divisions to the war.

. Only the Algemeine-SS wore black, and then only when out of a combat zone. The Waffen-SS often wore camo smocks, as below. If the other SS fella is supposed to be SD, I'd have him in feldgrau rather than black. The Germans didn't paint their planes grey BTW.
