HiCiv utility cannot locate

There is a download program called HiCiv for civilization 2 which enables you to create useful charts about the civilizations in the game, etc. I searched google and the forums but cannot find the program anywhere.

The site isn't closed... It hasn't been updated in years though, and the download of the hiciv utility is dead.

You can find the program here, but I'm not sure if it's the latest version... And it's shareware:

Thanks for the link, the downloads work and I finally got hiciv. Do you imagine that the author's email is still active? Or where I could find the newest version at? Thanks again

The only person who could have a newer version is the author, I think.

I have no idea whether his e-mail is still active. He also has an ICQ number on his website (15756817), but that will likely be about as active as his e-mail.
