Cuando nos acercamos a la aldea, sentí que algo andaba mal. A pesar de la actitud sumisa de los campesinos, nos mantuvimos en guardia. Ordené a vuestras tropas, que yo tenía el honor de comandar, que no probaran el sake que nos ofrecían con aparente generosidad, so pena de ser decapitados, y que durmieran con las armas a la mano.
Enmedio de la noche, unos ruidos me alertaron. Unos campesinos se acercaban con espadas, sigilosamente. Rápidamente dí la orden y con poco esfuerzo dominamos a los campesinos.
Una búsqueda de su aldea nos reveló que no hubieramos sido los primeros en caer en su trampa. Armaduras, yelmos, espadas... Me aseguré de que seríamos los últimos en caer en su trampa, y al amanecer, sólo quedaban cenizas de la aldea de Noto...
