Although I'm only subbing for rickety in this game and prefer single player or the occasional duel otherwise.

      • Two turns played. Keygen and I played at the same time by coincidence.

I've encountered a warrior from the Malinese empire!

Also, I'm still anxious to have all six of us play simultaneously one of these days. How about next weekend or the weekend after?

        • Turn 45/46 (2240/2200 BC) played.

It is not the first time I play at the same time either with DrDeke or somebody else by coincidence

If the Romans have meet with the Malinese then it means they're on the same continent with the Russians as well.

            • Aren't we all on the same continent? I thought the map was Pangaea?

Oh also, I encountered the Russians some years back. Perhaps my Chief Minister of Information (or would that be Director? Then we could have a Directorate. Hmm...) neglected to disclose this information.

              • The political entity formerly known as the Roman Empire is pleased to announce its re-christening as the Packard Motor Car Manufacturers of Detroit, or the Packard Manufacturers for short.

This strategic move places the Packardian empire in a better position to compete with other world powers including the German Car Mfg Conglomerate.

                        • The Internet connection at my apartment has been down for at least the past 4.5 hours, which would have prevented anybody from taking a turn during that time. I suspect that the problem is due to a faulty cable and will be going to replace it shortly.

                            • I have fixed the Internet connection. The problem was the faulty cable I suspected. I made a new cable and hooked it back up. I will be replacing some more shoddy wiring this evening, but that should not cause any noticeable outages.
