Nope, PitBoss has not been restarted yet. We will have to wait for Keygen on that one. Ricketyclik won't be able to re-play his turn until Keygen gets PitBoss restarted.

Hopefully this will be the last time we have a problem of this type.

OK, now I've read through the happynings, I understand backups will still occur

Yeah, sorry about that, I guess my posts on the matter were a little overly verbose .

Happily, the problem this time was not caused by the backup, it just happened by coincidence to occur within a couple hours of the weekly backup .

Hopefully Keygen will get a chance to restart Pitboss today and we can be back on our way.

I've looked on the server several times to see if he has logged in and started Pitboss but forgotten to tell us, but unfortunately, he hasn't.

I really hope we hear from him tomorrow. This game seems to be going very well and I would very much like to get back to the action, so to speak.

My ISP was over a major upgrade and I could not access the Internet at all for the past 4 days

There is a chance this reoccurs in the near future but the cost for you this time will only be the 48-hour limit.

Anyway my apologies for the inconvenient, ricketyclik now has 14 hours to play his turn but taking in account his time zone I only hope he gets the chance to check his turn before he goes to bed...
