got ice age to load, but industrial factions is too big for this lap top. memory problems, among other things.

ice age played like it was after dark on the screen and the speed reminded me of my first XT PC

i'm gone all of March. will also be gone about 6 weeks sometime later in the year.

well, we have 3 options:

- we wait those 10 weeks this year while you're away
- you find a replacement or substitute
- you retire and let the AI continue

I'd say we continue. If he wants to stay in the game, we find a substitute, otherwise he could become an AI.

Is there a way to make him temporarily an AI, or is there no way to go back?

you cannot go back. pitboss may include this some day but currently not chance

so it's substitute by human or replacement by AI

Silly question, but did you turn all the graphics settings way down? Also I've noticed that mine is slower when running on battery power as opposed to being plugged in.

Got an email from Cor about taking up the slot of the missing player. I'd be willing to try it out. I already got Sabre in another game I'm running, so I'm game to join one of his (actually, two since I'll join the other one too).

I was planning on jumping the Apolyton ship and just staying on CFC since I like that forum code better, but I'll stick around here until these games are done at least.
