g-storrow: well, for one, you could abstain instead of voting for the not-so-honourable player (and who's taking your spot as the deserving secretary general)!

and the you could also attack him and put yourself in second place so you get to be eligible for the vote.

OK, thanks everyone for the new UN mandate! And now to the complete surprise of nobody, the German military machine has begun operations to prevent the devious American from completing his last remaining spaceship part. Now the Blue navy has been sunk, but will we succeed in putting the pressure on the ground to delay construction by a few more turns? If all else fails, let's all nuke each other thanks to the brand new Manhattan Project.
