I passed some money to corrosol. There is a fault with civ4 that only 1 civ can pass money and work. It is sabrewolf in this game. So I had to pass the money via sabrewolfComment

the bug is that only the person who "invented" a tech can trade. being the initiator of the game and thus the first player, the game probably assumes i am first discoverer...
unfortunatly there are no other perks like the free tech from liberalism or the free great people from economics and music
