Bonjour Monsieur Sabrewolf,
I got back on the last day of May as promised. Unfortunately I returned to a non-working internet connection. No sooner had the internet connection been dealt with (on Monday) then my desktop pc's monitor stopped working. So I'm only able to use my laptop now, which is too weak to play civ4. So I'm waiting for a new a monitor cable in the hope that that was the problem.
Anyhows I shall let you know when my computer woes are over and can play again :/. In the meantime please give my apologies to the yanks.

yeah, i figured
but check out our power graphs... they are pretty steep recently... for the exact same reason
the only cities that had stuff to build are 1-tile-island cities
but now there's a flow of new things to build: spaceship parts, hydro plants, ICBMs, etc.
