Upgrade dont have nothing to do with the same person single handley holding the quicker progression of the game.

I have done so and when get home I will confirm my information.

AFAIK, there's no need to register. You can check out the ongoing games by simply going to the following link: http://www.civstats.com/allgames.php

Scroll down the list until you see the game you want to check, and see who whas played, who didn't, and how long before the timer lapses.
And a final advice, put the link in a bookmark of whatever internet browser you're using.

But to be fair, we agreed on a 36 hour turn timer. Therefore I find it hard to be annoyed on anyone who use the allotted time to play the turn...

But, to also be fair while this is a 36 hour timer, and no I am not mad at him or anyone else, 36 hours would be the max time, certainly if a person saw we typically do a turn in 20 hours, they could make an effort to keep the game moving.

Thats just a courteous thingey in my book.

But, as provided by you, 36 hours is just that.

It makes me less entusiastic to be held accountable for my turns, if others arent interested in doing quicker turns.
