If you choose Random Civs and the box to pick the variable traits..unlimited leaders?????

Anyhoo, if that happens, could you end up with say Bismark but maybe Vickies traits?

We might need to change the size of the map to normal. Or do we want a crowded map with lots of early diplo and conflict?

If we go 8 players on small pangea, may I suggest that we use balanced resources?

In a crowed map if you have no resource you will not last long.

Oh, I dont want out - I'm happy to be playing in more games - I was just seeing more & more players wanting to join and was trying to do the gentlemanly thing of not hogging two spots when I could be satisfied with just one.
