If Giger has not played halfway through why cant you play your turn at least at the 18 hour and 1 minute mark?

Im confused about this play order thingey?

I guess too much medication, I never saw or dont remember where someone had to play in a specific order?

There is nothing wrong with doing this, and the turn order would then switch since Giger would be the last one to end his turn.

Im the only one to play at the 31 hour mark into the next turn

Since the way it looks like the last at least half a dozen turns, i might as well quere my next 20 turns and come back later
