I think there is unlimited time until the first turn is over (until we all play our turns), so please play your turn as soon as you can, and then hit End Turn when you are done.

Please, for PTBS games, always esc - Quit To Main Menu. DO NOT exit Civ from inside the game either by clicking the X or by Quitting to Desktop. It can cause issues with the turn.
