Nope. You can open diplo-screen, do the offers/demands you like to do and press enter to sent them through. But IIRC you open the diplo-screen a second time in the same turn on the same player, the previous input is lost. Also, diplochat doesn't work, or very unreliable. Better to contact your diplo-partner by email/private message to talk.Originally posted by FlameFlash

) that some of us will be a work in southern timezones.

This will be restarted with 36 hours remaining ... the other will be restarted with I think 10, but either way it should be on something close to its original schedule timewise (it will have been down for a multiple of 24h exactly, or close to it).Originally posted by Nugog

That time is the time right now according to my timezone (as it is for anyone who properly sets their timezone). Calculate from there
