I'm more intrigued by Indiana's no anarchy (both leaders being spirtual) + fast worker UU, so I'll sign up here.

Thought you'd appreciate that con Clearly you need to mod this in ...
Civ4: The Midwest Mod
Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, and Wisconsin vie for superiority, while Iowa and Ohio watch in the wings. Minnesota has no chance on the Pangea, but in an Islands (or better yet, Lakes) scenario they're quite good.
Illinois: Organized and Financial, leader: Hon. Mayor Richard Daley (both are possibilities)
Michigan: Expansive and Industrious, leader: Henry Ford
Indiana: Spiritual and Creative, leader: James Dean or Jim Davis
Wisconsin: Philosophical and Expansive, leader: Vince Lombardi
Ohio: Aggressive and Creative, leader: Orville or Wilbur Wright.
Iowa: Spiritual and Philosophical, leader: Ann Landers or Abigail Van Buren
Minnesota: Creative and Philosophical, leader: Charles Schulz

Perfect!
Illinois should have corruption and nepotism though, I guess we will have to figure out how to mess around with the leader traits

We understood that. But your original name was much funnier.

Have fun. I should probably be able to join the CIV fun in two weeks...
