A cubic yard (27 cubic feet or 81 square feet @ 4 inches) goes for $ 110.00 per cubic yard (Contractor rate)

Until end of year then PLUS $ 8.00 dollars for first half of next year. This is on 3000 PSI Normal Weight.

Not when a person buys one cubic yard mind you. if a single cubic yard is purchased then it is prorated with a delivery cost, approx. $ 500.00.
