to the germano-slavic alliance: i have not seen much progress on the technology front for you guys so far. may i ask what's up? and i'm especially surprised you still have not got civil service!?! bureaucracy sucks in reallife, but in the game it's fabulous! and chained irrigation is what saved some of our cities from a never-growing state
