yep, let me know of any future games too. I think I'm only going to be able to play PBEM games in future as I fear my addiction to the single-player game is slowly destroying my studies and relationships.

lumpkin: my civ3 PBEMing killed my SPing. initially all went slow AND you start with only a little amount of stuff to do. if it was not set to "accelerated production" (which most players hated), it took months for the first action. so you tend to start a dozen games or so. (paddy reached something around 40 games!)

but then... turn go longer and longer. and finally you're spending 2-3 hours per day just working off the queue

Bug alert: I was playing my single player game and loaded up sneak attack without going via the main menu, only to end up staring at aebekka’s map (sorry I didn’t want to!). Anyone else have this bug?

i never tried loading in SP. afaik it shouldn't be possible.
