You do have a router. A router doesn't necessarily route to more than one computer, although in essence a single output router is a hardware firewall and not much more. Oh, and sorry to hear you have Embarq :doh:

Follow those instructions on the above site to check what's open and to forward the appropriate ports. At minimum, 2056, but you can also do the Gamespy Arcade thing:

I actually have found Embarq to be OK. Then again - it is only for 3 and a half months.

Thanks again - got all the router settings set , and it seemed to go smoothly. I think the issues were with the host this week. Once things got going - I was fine.

Sorry, my computer got fed up with being on for over a week stright and started locking up. Had to restart, then got pulled away for real life things.

Ok, game is back up, but i think some turns were lost.

I hit save before shutting it down, but like i said, the computer was doing some strange stuff and it may not have took.
