I will probably be formatting my computer sometime either today or tomarrow. Expect "The New World" to be down during that time.
Also, if anyone with Admin powers (Snoopy?) wants to move this thread to the tracking forum feel free. Now that I know that forum exists I can see that was probably the proper place for this thread.Comment

Understood.
I talked with snoopy about setting up a separate sub-forum for the pitboss tracking threads - given that they can have large periods of inactivity if everything is going fine - which is exactly the opposite of a pbem tracker thread.
Snoop doesn't think there are asufficient number of pitboss games to warrant that - and for right now that is probably the case. May just be a matter of time though.Cry havoc and let slip the dogs of war .... aw, forget that nonsense. Beer, please.Comment

Make sure to check your turn on this game. It crashed and in my haste I didn't save it... so some people might have to replay.
And as mentioned above the game will go down for a few hours soon. I will make sure to save the game however so no replays should be generated from this.Comment

pinchak, did you see my note on how to load the mid-turn autosaves?
Look in /saves/multiplayer/autosaves for saves named after each player in the game ... do a time sort to see which is the newest, and load it in the PTBS game instead of the PTBS save<Reverend> IRC is just multiplayer notepad.

I dont' have civstats running on my comp, and the game is not running either.
What you see at civstats is a ghost i THINK. I don't think the timer is really running.
If it does turn out that the AI takes your turn we can just recover from an earlier save so you can play the turn.Comment
