Alex, how do OOS with Pitboss work? In another PTBS game (that I'm hosting), one of the players seems to have gone out of sync, but I can't tell why (and no player for the past 10 turns or so has had any sort of message about different files...)
Also, it doesn't indicate OOS to any of the other players that I've seen, including myself. Only in the PTBS window does it talk about the OOS, and in the one player's game.
Do I need to reload the game, or does simply reconnecting by the offending player fix it?

Good to know ... we're not sure why it happened, it's very odd since nothing had indicated any issues with files or whatnot. (I'll see something in the DOS-like window, right, if there are different files?)
Unfortunately there are just a long string of OOS messages in that window right now, the whole box is full of them

I have noticed that Tassi doesn't seem to have played a turn in a while, at least that when I log in, he's never asterisked (The Great Event) even a turn or two where I went close to the limit.

Sorry, I will not be able to get to the server for another 12 hours or so.
By the way, why are we continuously hitting the turn timer limit? Is everyone still playing?
I certainly am, but I keep forgetting about the game without the reminder mail. So I often plan a few turns ahead (as long as this is still possible) in case I forget to log in again.
I am playing regularly, and have the same observation as snoop. Quick Pm and possible replacement?
While on that subject - if one does want a temproary replacement, can they simply log in under their own ID and play - as long as they have the password for the game and the civ?
Cry havoc and let slip the dogs of war .... aw, forget that nonsense. Beer, please.
