Mali has about 3 times the armies Israel has.
Not to mention that they have infantry while we just have rifles.

Yes sure, and Israel has 3 times the tech that Mali has. Not to mention that Israel has Wonders and a Holy city , Mali has none of that. Israel can buy Infantries and military from Inca or Arabia or whoever. Mali can't buy a Holy city or a Wonder or tech from anyone. Armies only matter if Israel was planning on warring with Mali. If not, Mali's military is irrelevant.

Seriously though, all this points dont matter/ military dont matter is just rhetoric. TBH everything matters, tech, military, land, population, everything... But this is a very old argument, right?

I think it is more "fair" for Mali to get the Zulu cities, but All that really matters is fun, not fairness, since there is no real "fairness." TBH I would't care if Israel got all the Zulu cities(at least in an OOC sense). As always, I can deal with most anything IC.

All I am asking is for Israel to be 100% clear so that Inca player (or me) can go ahead and pull the trigger on the Zulu partition so the game keeps moving.. So are you saying that Israel now wants more of the Zulu cities than just Ai? Again I am only asking because I dont want to confuse matters. If you still don't want any Zulu cities (besides Ai), and re OK with Mali getting the rest then please say so so that there isn't any confusion.

On the other hand, if you really want to get more, then say what you want, so that there is no confusion. Is that not the best way to go?

It would be logical to let Bantams choose..

Why can't bantam not take over the Zulu now China is going to be absorbed by the Mongolians?

Nobody wants Zulu, that has been the ongoing issue. China, even in their defeated state are still way more attractive than Zulu.

Inca has just said that Zulu are basically worthless. So why would Bantams want to take them over? China is still top-ranked. Plus, if Zulu are worthless then what is the fear/harm of giving them over to Mali? I mean Mali is in last place, geez.

I offer that Bantams take Arabia instead of China, If I get a pm about this I will send the details. Until then I will continue.

Too bad , I missed last turn, not good thing during war against an enemy who can build infantries and machinegunners, while me only rifles.

At this point I don't care, but otherwise I'd object that suddenly an other player takes over China and a ten turns nap is given. Arabia and India defeated the superior forces of China with a huge cost, my army is next to their capital and suddenly I must give 10 turns nap? aham.

Again, no one would want to take Zulu. Ottoman player can attest that it's a really poor civ in many respects. Better choices, especially if Arabia is (unfortunately) leaving the game. The territory is basically just plains hills and 2F2C coastal tiles. There's very little else, save an island that was only recently settled on with some grasslands. A few floodplains, iirc, not much to go on. Yeah, a holy city, but the tech is really backwards regardless. It's workable, but I wouldn't want it.

I guess the Ottoman log in as Zulu and divide the Zulu cities - some to Israel and more to Mali to leverage the chances somewhat.

Sorry guys, but with Arabia out, France and Vikings clearly not actively playing I have no ambition to play this game..

This position asks for a long and dedicated effort, but without active allies there is no point in it..

Arabia is not out - he plays his turns regullaryly. France is the same. Viking I know he have a technical problems and I gave him advices how to resolve them, but he clearly stated to me he is in the game and eager to play.

And Vikings and France are not reacting in any way.. so there is no serious way to be preparing for the armageddon which most probably will come..

I have an alternative for you to consider. What about taking over Natives? Natives player was saying he wanted out. That way you are not in danger of the armagedon you are describing, you still get a strong civ, plus you have your local allies Inca and America present and ready to go.
