My trip was cut very short due to weather so I'm back.

I just realized I may have done a stupid mistake.

I sent the same trade offer to many civs in hopes that one would accept. I don't want to have the same deal, with say, 10 people though! And then be stuck not able to cancel the deal for 10 turns!

Is it possible this can happen?

Please don't accept my deal to be fair, I don't intend to have 10x of 1 resource (especially at the price I'm offering).

wait a second! why do we need to reload AND change the turn order??? that gives Japan a double move.... wth is going on here?

There wasnt a reload. In fact you did doublemoved the Japanese, but they said they are OK with that.

I did not doublemove them. I moved first in one turn. Then I moved first in another turn, as ordained by the established war order. They didn't play their turn, but I was not informed. I then said it was ok to swap the turn order to avoid a reload.

But a reload must have occurred, as I during my "double move" destroyed a frigate. When I played my last turn, that apparently never happened (no evidence of it in the log). I even made a story post about it! A reload has been done. And now by swapping the turn order the Japanese have double moved me.

No reload has been done. It shows in my log that i lost my frigate that by all rights would have never been lost if you did not double move me. You even wrote a story about the double move as well. I asked for a swap of turn order as an easy solution and on top of that have not even engaged you in any real military war other then the blockade since to avoid any complaints.

There WAS a reload (see Plomp's post of #2113). However, the reload did not result in the replay of a turn, since the reload was simply of the "most recent save", subsequent to the "double move" of India.

Yes my understanding was that the reload was because of a crash on RP's CPU not anything related to the Japan-India war.

And I would like to repeat my earlier request that the game be paused and this issue be resolved BEFORE the next turn rolls. If not I will vehemently protest any reloading. As it is, a reload would be damaging and I should already protest it, but reloading to a point 4 or 5 turns back would just be really dissapointing.

I tried to reload the game, but then the server crashed.
I'm far far away so give me some time to get things sorted out.

Game's on again. Since India is cool with swapping turns again, I have just loaded the most recent save.

These are quotes from RP stating clearly that he tried a reload and it didn't work so he just loaded the game from the most recent save.

All I am looking for is a clear unambiguous statement from India and Japan that they:

A. Want to play on

or

B. Want to reload

Can India and Japan just clearly say which they want. And please pause the game until this is resolved.

the most recent save Japan is referring to has changed something cause I am 1 frigate in + and have as far as I could see in the event log, no record of destroying a Japanese ship.

and it is NOT a double move if you don't move during your turn!

I want to play on, but I also want to be sure that there is no wrongdoing on any part. no one should get a double move and the reload of the most recent save along with the swapping of the turn order seems to have caused exactly that...

I tiried to take my turn but i couldnt cuz of the diplo screen that was on when i tried to log on which then i posted i couldnt play and you knowingly or unkowenly double moved. It shows on my log that you sunk my ship. i want to play on cuz there is no use in crying over spilled milk.
