So, the Arab player, who I am subbing for (permanently?) has popped a great engineer. Seeing as he's a bit far behind to really put the guy to his best use of building a wonder, and seeing as settling an engineer is a horrid idea, I've decided to put him up for auction.
I could be sneaky and just sell him to myself, but I will be decent and fair and neutral and all those good things

Shouldn't subbing be in the best interest of the country you're playing?
I call this 'the honor system of subbing'.
The arabs should profit as most as possible from this GP.
(I know this can be easily exploited, but otherwise a sub position should only be filled in-game by the following procedure:
