Is Russia planning to play the turn anytime soon? Extending the turn timer is of no use if people are blocking the turns until the last minute. I have 2 more hours to play, then I'm off to bed.Comment

France, Germany and Inca seem to be the top contenders for the win.
Ottomans and Russia are steaming up rapidly and are in the sub-top, together with England and Israel.
Out of these 7 civs only England is rapidly losing terrain, not in the last place b/c of losing quite some points b/c of no vote penalties.Formerly known as "CyberShy"
