aren't the aztecs wiped out? at least they have been reduced so far past the "not fun to play anymore" treshold that they probably felt exactly that, that they had no fun in playing anymore. too much greed from bigger civs in this game.

I wanted to unpause the game, but couldn't because of the usual diplo screen. Anyway, no point waiting.. America was logged in recently and did not say anything. Aztec haven't logged in in the last 5 days, hardly they care anymore.

The reason that I have failed to live up on the voting thing is not just only my newborn daughter, it's also my new job and a couple of other things.
I had finished the June results when one of the civs asked me if they could send in their votes after all. I was too weak and accepted it... so then it got on the shelf again....

It's haunting my thoughts every day so it is on my list....
I am very sorry for failing here.

No failure RP. All is cool. RL happens. And daughters are waaaay more important than us bunch of civvers.

About the pause, I just wanted to be courteous to America and Azteca, but if they aren't interested in playing this turn then just unpause and move on, since the game has been paused for like 12 hrs at this point. They can always ask for a reload later if they need it, but I doubt they would so just unpause it and go.

The Russian player has won in-game and he is almost certain to win in
the diploscore (if there are ever any more votes) because the other two
score leaders likely won't be posting any more stories (one is too busy
and the other doesn't much care for the game anymore either).

I'm certain at the very least I will be giving Russia a run for his money on diploscore. I'm guessing England will to, inbetween his heavy load work weeks. I hope at least one of the two current leaders will return to post more once their RL stuff cools off.

Even if I won it still would not matter to this game. I'm not about to take away from your accomplishments in this game. You've played a great game and you deserve to win.

In any case I already said that I would play until a sub can be found. I won't be posting stories though.
