This might well be a precedent in the history of the Diplo-games, but I will ask for a Measured War Rule to be voted and enforced for the Israeli - Turkey - Russia war. It seems Turkey and Israel cant come to agreement and I dislike the idea of having to continue to march and decimate Israel.

So, I am proposing a Measured War Rule to be voted to stop the war against Israel.

We need 51% of the players to vote "YES" the rule to be enforced.
