I am certain the entire World will sleep sounder in their beds when 'The Holy Shrine' is razed to the ground.

I don't think that razing the Shrine will end it.
The Apostolic Palace needs to be razed.

Rome will of course protest loudly against the razing of holy cities for the Hindu!
We will condemn it in clear words.
Rome will mourn for a week if such a thing would happen, and all Roman people will then send their prayers to the Holy Confucius.
We will certainly frown upon Egypt if it will do so.
We will also not allow the Egyptian leader to visit Rome for at least 1 year and stop the export of all oil, coal and alluminium to Egypt as well.

We may even stop saying 'dear' to Egypt in our official communications, if Egypt continues to raze the Hindu holy shrines.

Strider's understanding of current Egyptian diplomacy is that a diplomatic victory is quite close for Babylon - and it is true with only about 8 votes in it. I'm sure Egypt would be operating on this basis rather than pure expansionism.

I can assure you that the deal which Egypt offered me was about using my forces for attacking Rome. They were very happy for Hinduism to continue - they wanted forces to continue their wars against Rome, America, Gondor and Russia. They reveal this in their communication above "we offered quite a cheap way out of war" - they did, they aren't motivated by Hinduism - they offered a way out of war on the basis that I gave them troops to use against Rome. That was the 'cheap way'. Exactly the sort of deal they offered a while back to Rome itself.

I refused to hand over my armies for them to use to attack neighbours. I refused to funnell all of my gold to them do they can build nuclear weapons sooner to destroy Russia - which is their goal. So they attack me to take control of my production and economy to use against Rome, America, Gondor and Russia.

Yes the Egyptians will deny it. But it is the truth. Though I was Egypt's friend, because I was not willing to become Egypt's slave, handing over my troops so it can wage war on my neighbours, they seek instead to absorb Hindustan to gain supreme power for themselves.

Nations can judge for themselves, not so much what is just for I know nations see justice differetly, but what is in their self-interest. An Egypt who one by one absorbs the nations around it, growing larger and more unstoppable, or nations acting as they did when Egypt tried to absorb Rome, and forcing Egypt to live within its own boundaries.

About the nukes. Egypt announces that She will use the nukes only as last resolt.
This is an IC claim ofc, but good enough.

Note that Egypt doesn't say she will only use them if attacked. Egypt's last resort means 'if it is the only way I can conquer others'. If I can do it by growing powerful enough without nuke's I will do it - if not, well, its the last resort.

OOC - Just seen PYT and it suggests I logged in after Egypt this turn. If Egypt declared war during its turn, which I guess it did but don't actually know, then this would create issues for turn order.

I didn't actually log in - I was intending to log in to a differnet civ game, and logged in without realising that the name and game details were still there from this game. I realised the mistake and cancelled it, but it still shows on PYT even though I didn't ever actually get into the game - hence I don't know if there is a war or not.

If Egypt isn't sure, then do log in yourself again since you were second in order, and you will see that nothing has changed in Hindustan. If you are still not sure, we will have to work out something.

The subtle forked tongue of Babylon continues to attempt to drive a wedge between Sumeria and her traditional friends.

This time it is not by what she says but what she deliberately omits. In every depiction of potential Egyptian war aims and potential victims one name is carefully left out, Sumeria! Every doom scenario has 'against Rome, America, Gondor and Russia' suffixed and by so doing gives the impression that if Sumeria is alone of the major powers exempted from this supposed Egyptian 'Hit List' then she must in some way have bought her way off it. Even, perhaps, that Sumeria is actively conniving with Egypt and sits quietly waiting as would a vulture preparing to join in the feast.

Know, my friends, that Sumeria has always been a non-aligned and pacifist nation that has never acted 'against Rome, America, Gondor and Russia' nor even against Babylon; save a minor border skirmish when they attempted to invade sovereign Sumerian lands.

Yeah,.. I have to make new plans now.. But to clarify: I did not ask for anything for free.. for the great person for example I offered an other+gold so I could start my goldenage sooner, and an answer of no was sufficient.(but you did not brother to answer anyway)

By the way our extensive communication with russia turned my plan of making a "hot war" to have a "cold war" instead as far as nukes concerned.

I will now log in and stop the nuclear tests., the so called Manhattan project which is estimated to be finished by next turn. so no one will build nukes for some time. But be warned that I wont tolerate easily to try to tkae away my future toys. That is an utter lie. You have never offered peace in exchange for missionaries. Is this an offer now? Prove to the world that this is about Hinduism not your lust for territory by proclaiming that you accept peace for missionaries.

If you are concerned about Hinduism you will accept missionaries for peace.
If this is about you gaining more power, and money you will rufuse.
