Sumeria's enemies in the past only lost leadership after their capitals had been rightfully either absorbed or razed by the forces of goodness and justice.

I appreciate that my wording was wrong and should never have implied weakness or need upon the part of the valiant Americans. Macau was stolen, rightfully reclaimed, Sumerian territory but southern China will never be occupied or colonised by Sumeria. A Protectorate is all that needs to be established and all cities taken will retain full self-rule. When radicalism has been stamped out all forces will be removed.

Neither French nor Mayan have been banned in Sumeria. How many still speak Gaelic in Babylonia, hiccup, Hindustan? Sumeria is not an imperialist nation, such as Babylon, but merely a civilising one acting for the good of all humanity.

Russia asked me on PYT to post this message.
He was not able to play last turn after Egypt and is now not able to play before the end of the turn.
He is ok with missing this turn and will then just login before Egypt next turn. He had no units on automated moves so there's no advantage, it just makes things easier.

@Robert Plomp: please assign a new password to Russia's account here. He lost it. You can then tell the password to me and I will share it with him.

Because of work cycles in RL can Egypt plan to play late in the turn as I may not login till half way in the next turn.

I am a special envoy of the Great Lord. My Lord can see already that you are not so honorable to respect fair fights, but wants to know if you can be honorable in battle and spare the civilian population or you bring destruction to our desert.
Here is a proposal about non-razing cities and non pillaging civilian infrastructure. We did no such a thing-yet-but if you will not sign this we will assume that your kind is bunch of murderers and we will answer in kind.
This is why I came and waiting for your answer.


ehm.. here is something else.. absolute unofficial...My Lord had a dream about a sunny green field, white birds flying across the land.. He thinks it might be a sign that peace is preferable after all.. He does not think that you would just turn around your (last counted) 157 units at our borders..but if you too wish peace maybe we should start talking so we could avoid further causalities.
