Because the Roman player says they may not be able to continue, and I think its preferable that we replace Rome rather than carve it up.

          Bump.

Yes, we need another player to take over Rome. Carving it up or letting it go AI are not good options.

Well, I've had to quit Diplogames before too (although they weren't pitboss games) so who knows. He isn't really under any obligation to explain himself, although it would be nice from our perspectives. But if he can't do it he can't do it. Obviously he isn't making this decision lightly, so we should just respect whatever obligations he has that won't allow him to play. Perhaps we could ask someone from Rah's game (or Rah, unless he's in this game, because I don't know who is) or maybe ask Nolan or somebody else we know. Is Frank "Dangime" Johnson still around?

I'm interested in taken on the challenge. 300 AD about the right moment for a new emperor to be proclaimed in Britain I feel.

I'm fairly experienced in CIV BTS but have never played Pitboss. No hard feelings if you think that rules me out, but get back to me if you want to chat about it more. I'd need to get a sense of what is involved.

Hi The Priest, having no experience in pitboss game doesn't matter. About 80% of us started this game without pitboss experience

Are you familiar with the diplogame concept?
Are you aware of the rules? (read the first page of the organization thread: http://apolyton.net/forums/showthrea...0&pagenumber=1 )

First rule of DIPLO .. dont talk about Dipl....

                      nah jsut kididng...

First rule is to post about what happening in your civ, prob minimum of 3-4 psots per month more if you wish.

No wars for no reasons. Make a reason , post about it.

We have a voting system for determining winner, not the in game score only.

IF that suits you Rome would be good nation to take hold of.

PM Rome leader to see his current agreements but they are not binding on you if you ar becoming a permanent sub.

                              I'll send him a PM.

RIght now I'm subbing for Rome, but he said that he would be back in a few days.... I hope he'll be back soon!
