Call To Power 2 Cradle 3+ mod in progress: https://apolyton.net/forum/other-games/call-to-power-2/ctp2-creation/9437883-making-cradle-3-fully-compatible-with-the-apolyton-edition
Beta, you can still pick a civ using the instructions I've sent you.
If you can promise that you will 'go' for the game and be able to spend time on it, then I'd say: go for it!

This is a highly exeprimental diplo, I can't say it will be representative of the way diplo games "are" or how they have "changed"?

He wouldn't be anonymous anymore if he change to a new civ.
I hate to say this but he isn't anonymous now, more or less everyone knows which civ he is, I think he should change his civ, because as I have said I'm tired of seeing *that* civ in every single MP game.

I really, really hope that the top players voluntarily obeyed the agreement not to pick a financial or industrious civ.
At the very least, can Deity, Toni and I all confirm this here?
Ozzy - No Fin or Ind
Deity -
Toni -
Lz & CS might be in this category too, but I think me, Deity & Toni are the main ones to worry about, so we should be ok. Assuming Frank isn't playing, cause he'd definitely be in with Deity, Toni and I. Sorry to rank people...
Been away from thread for a few days.
Yes. I suggested this but there was not much discussion nor agreement so I didn't bother with it.
Only ozzy responded.
But I can change to another civ if I have picked one with fin or ind.

Well, I for one don't know what civ it is that he picked - no, I'm not going to dig and connect the dots - because, quite frankly, I don't really care and can't be bothered.
As far as I can tell, Toni followed the rules and picked his civ. PERIOD.
Now, all of the sudden, people have a problem with his choice. This is just down right silly and basically against the Diplo nature of the game. The cards have been dealt. Deal with it.
Belly-aching over what same one should have or should not have picked is just silly. He is a thinking human being, and he chose from the options left to him on a civ choice. He chose - that should be the end of it.
My God! You are all acting as if he has already won this game based solely on his initial civ choice! Does anyone else see the humor in this?!?

Don't you know what your civ choice was?
But like I've already stated - who cares (but then, I'm not that paranoid of a person).

He is sticking to annon... as should you in the future, don't talk about your civ.

He might have won games in the past - but this one is different. I am thinking that everyone is placing undue pressure on Toni due to his inital civ choice for no conceivable reason.

I have not breathed one word as to my civ choice.

Sorry, I'm a wee bit drunk right now. I just wanted to explain why they said what they did the way they did. I didn't mean to imply you have revealed your civ.

No - you just wanted to use the word "annon".

Yep - can do. Witt can testify to the fact that even over the last few weeks my pitboss game play has been timely - as has been my game-playing for two democracy games - one of them pitboss. It has the Templars where I have been seriously absent.
