The establishment of the Mongolian educational institutions brought with them the enlightenment of an entire nation. As poems, music, speaches and other items of culture were adapted into the Mongolian Canon as National Culture of specific value, one particular publication would become greatly influential and noticeable. The Communist Manifesto, by Karalai Markas, which became curriculum of most universities, described an alternate viewpoint in historical development, as well as constituting a well-written piece of political rhetoric. Its ramifications were inconceivable for the intelligentsia who adopted it into their political discussions.
The Manifesto also grew popular among the growing manufacturing class as it idealized a society where feudal lords would not dominate and force people into serfdom, but allow all members of society to participate in its governance and growth. The momentum of an educated populace yearning to be their own masters grew to an unstoppable force. Certain key figures within the Aristocracy, the Intelligentsia, the Manufacturing class and Military joined the Socialist Party, seeking reform through the traditional representative Clan- and Tribesmoots. To some extent they did achieve political advances, but often the Feudal Lords would give with one hand and take with the other. In the end, a charismatic Charge Leader named Temujin joined with the Socialist Party and created a militarized wing. The Feudal Lords of his home town Beshbalik saw this as an attempt at usurpation of their power (which was actually fully legal according to Mongol traditions, though very rarely acknowled without a fight) and sent out Knight Riders to annhiliate the growing political threat. Temujin's military genius however led to a stunning victory which inspired numerous other local chapters of the Socialist Party to establish a military wing.
It is important to stress the diversity and fractal nature of Mongolian society at the time.
* The Feudal Lords were the definitive dominant group. They controlled the land they rented out to serfs, they controlled much of the military and constituted somewhere between 80-90% of Clansmen at the Tribesmoots between 1400 and the outbreak of the revolution.
*The clergy held a very important position, but was divided into the dominant Confucianist religion, the southern Christians, and the "Clergy of Tolerance" group constituting a loose cooperation between other minor faiths, such as Judaism, Codeism, Shamanism and various others. The clergy were major landowners, especially in the Christian south, and also had large sway in political debates.
* The Intelligentsia. For centuries Mongolia had been an isolated nation, refusing or limiting trade with foreign nations. A result of this was that most Mongolian tradesposts, which were now growing into more permanent cities, had their own specialists in certain fields due to lack of competition with foreign producers and traders. Mongolian engineers in particular were considered extremely skilled and proliferous.
* The Serfs. Constituting the vast majority of Mongolian people, the serfs were a huge and diverse group ranging from Riflesmiths and Metalworkers to Lumberjacks and Herdsmen. Despite their numbers they had extremely little influence, and it was from this group that the Socialists recruited their fighting force, as well as a number of noteable ideologues. Compared to most other nations, the Mongolian serfs were well educated, had a low illiteracy rate and relatively free existence.
“The greatest happiness is to vanquish your enemies, to chase them before you, to rob them of their wealth, to see those dear to them bathed in tears, to clasp to your bosom their wives and daughters.” -Genghis Khan (allegedly)
Following the defeat of the Beshbalik Feudality in 1450, other Feudal Lords begun to see the Socialist movement as a major threat. In several cities the Feudal Lords used military force to disperse or destroy rallies and demonstrations. Their gasoline did not douze the flames. Despite several major tribes' aristocracies banding together, the Beshbalik Revolutionary Committee with Temujin as frontman, could not be halted. Due to a great popularity, both for personal charismatic and political reasons, the miners and manufacturers of Beshbalik surged to the crimson flag. Serfs from other tribes joined as well, at the time a radical move, the tribes were divided by ancient boundaries and practically never cooperated across Tribal lines. They did now. Temujin is quoted as paraphrasing Markas, "Serfs of Mongolia unite! You have naught to lose except thy oppression!"
The first edicts of the Revolutionary Committee was to decree Free Speech for all Mongols under their rule. This greatly added to their already burgeoning popularity. Since every Mongol is capable of handling a weapon, every new supporter was a new soldier for the revolution. Temujin knew that the ancient ruling aristocracy of the capital Runan'Gee would be almost impossible to defeat with his current army, and instead led a bold move on the richest tradespost, Akhitnur. Here his army recruited thousands of townsfolk resulting in a position that was so strong that the local intelligentsia who were more dominant than the Feudal Lords, took charge in 1452 and agreed to make a deal where they were given certain rights and priviligies in return for full support of the Socialist cause.
Sending his friend and brother in arms Koba Vetharin southwards to the manufacturing powerhouse at Port Akhit where it joined the Socialist cause in january 1453. He now stood between the strong religious centre of Karakorum in the west and the secular Feudal centre of Runan'Gee in the northeast. Realizing that he could not survive a two front attack he sent the Christian Socialist Priest Janus Thomas to Karakorum to negotiate a truce. By fall 1453 a promise was made that the Christian majority of Karakorum and southern Mongolia in general, would be given equal status to that of Confucianism. This greatly helped tip the scale towards the socialists granting them thousands more supporters from the Churches throughout south Mongolia. However, the greatest tribes, the Capital Runan'Gee and the opulent Hsing-Nu, were firmly in the clutches of the Feudal Lords and held great sway, militarily and politically. An expeditionary force from Hsing-Nu was sent to Akhitnur, but Temujin rode into the field, seized the west bank of the river and halted their advance. A battle followed that left both sides weakened and unable to project a strong military presence across the river.
As the revolution dragged on into its 5th year, the problems of foreign piracy on the east coast grew. The problem at last became so severe that people in Landsedge were at the brink of starvation. Making a bold move, Koba announced that he would award 50 tons of gold to any navy who sunk a pirate ship within Mongolian waters. This act of solidarity towards the eastern tribes was so unexpected and unheard of that Koba gained the nickname, the Savior of Fishermen. Though he never sailed once in his life. The actual heroes of the eastern cities were the French Navy who chased away most of the pirates. Despite this, the Socialits created a myth that Koba had defeated the pirates and awarded them with support from Landsedge in early 1456. Remaining in Feudal hands was the axis of Runan'Gee, Hsing-Nu and Horseshoe Falls. Desert Hill and Mongolia Franca had strong Feudal rulers, but Franca was too small to be of significance, and the Lords of Turfan did not dare move their armies away from the Dutch border.
The Feudal Army of Runan'Gee however had no such concern and manouvered north, then west towards Beshbalik where a failed assault forced them to siege the fortified hills where they would be bogged down for 3 whole years. In 1457 the tide had turned in favor of the Revolutionary committee and Harboria saw that they would be better off on the winning side and turned socialist, also here in return for certain promised rights and priviliges for their vast number of specialists. In 1458 the people of Landsedge marched on Horseshoe Falls and managed to seize the city. The following year Karakorum and Akhitnur had gathered an army and marched under the red flag of Temujin to lift the siege of Beshbalik.
A grand battle took place, but the Feudals were defeated by superior numbers and exceptional tactics, despite the most fervorous defence. Having their main force shattered, they fell unexpectedly to a small expeditionary force that attacked them from the east, originating from Harboria. The Capital fell into Socialist hands in 1459, leaving only Turfan, Hsing-Nu and Mongolia Franka in Feudal hands.
In early 1460 a combined army of Port Akhit and Landsedge converged upon Hsing-Nu who realized the inevitable defeat. Ceding their priviligies as aristocracy in return for general amnesty, the seizure of Hsing-Nu was a feat of remarkable restraint for a population long oppressed. Turfan and Mongolia Franka shortly after agreed to terms to join the new Socialist Confederacy, brining the last of Mongolian cities into the new state.
Next up will be a short overview of the effects of the new government and its functions.
“The greatest happiness is to vanquish your enemies, to chase them before you, to rob them of their wealth, to see those dear to them bathed in tears, to clasp to your bosom their wives and daughters.” -Genghis Khan (allegedly)
“My lord a letter has arrived from the Viceroy of New France.”
-“Provide us with a summary.”
“Confucian schools have been founded in the young town of Bayonne and Yue-Chi the city of the savages…”
-“Good news then?”
“Not quite milord, he goes on to explain the upkeep costs will be greater this year.”
-“What? Again?!” Henry’s face was red with anger. “My governors seem to think they can squander the gold of the crown, I will not grant him the funds!”
“Milord, he explains in the letter that he knows full well that the colonies have been growing more expensive to maintain in the past years, but begs you to consider the benefit they have brought. The exports of pork and wine to the rest of the Kingdom. The trade and prestige they bring…. He points out that one or more settlements would need to be abandoned if no new funds are allocated. He also states that the cities are growing and will eventually…”
-“Bah! The cities are growing? We were the first to settle in the New World and we have yet to derive a profit from it.” He took a sip from his chalice of wine.
-“If we could be sure other nations would respect our claims we would not need to settle so fast…. “ he gazed away for a moment, then recomposed and continued:
-“Tell Us did the pope grant us the right to divorce?”
“No my lord, he refused your gracious offer.”
-“What shall France do without an heir? It will be civil war! And why, because Our wife is barren? Get me the Archbishop of Paris, We have something to discus with him.”
*****
All the church bells in France rang on the day of the proclamation. “The Pope has excommunicated the king!”, “King Henry has converted to the state religion of Confucianism!”, “Islam has been outlawed” All these rumor came to life in the busy streets of Paris and Rheims. But they would soon stop as the news spread.
France had its own church, the Church of France, the head of the church would be the Archbishop of Paris who would answer only to God and King.
Just a few days after the proclamation not only rumor but fear spread through the streets. The king’s men enforced the religious edicts, heretical sects were persecuted, any bishop or priest who would not renounce financial ties to the Pope would be imprisoned in the Bastille. Some fought back, the Incan government was displeased as was the Pope. A dangerous situation was at hand. It could quickly spiral into civil war. This was avoided when a compromise was reached. Galician’s and Incan Chatolics would live in France side by side. Every new parish made in the France homeland or Madagascar would be become part of the Church of France, while any old parishes would remain Incan Catholic.
Later that year the king wed to a young noblewoman and the colonies could continue to grow.
*****
King Henry IV gazed down at his baby son Henry V, the little child that would succeed him. The young prince was growing quickly but he was still an infant of barley a few months.
“We waited too long.” He said to himself.
His son would be at the mercy of a regent until he became of age. His wife stepped into the room, she as the Queen would see the child as seldom as he would. As she took the child up in his arms Henry realized he may be king but he is a father as well. And even as a king, never again could he allow the likes of Vladimir Harkonnen to rule France.
Later that day he came up with the idea of a regency council instead of a single regent. Many of his advisors liked the idea, the same advisors that usually seemed so preachy to him, always speaking of reason instead of following tradition. At the same time Henry realized that a few decades ago he had been the defender of reason and his old advisors demanded he retain antiquated and obsolete traditions and privileges. As he sat with his privy council he gazed at a mirror, seeing an old gray man in it.
As the new charter was drawn up, Henry had no idea that he had set up a precedence that would a century later be used to draw up the countries first constitution.
****
The King laid on his deathbed. He had left his Kingdome better than he received it, he realized, the state coffers always bordering on bankruptcy had been stabilized, the concept of banking had made its way into France, more trade occurred in the great cities, the people produced more goods than ever before, more of French claims were securely settled, the royal guard of the Musketeers had increased in size… but despite this three of the neighboring countries were locked in arms race, they were undergoing the industrial revolution while France had just come out of the agricultural revolution, the large population of the old world cities had outstripped their infrastructure. And the Pope had not yet begun to refund the Church of France.
He looked to the edge of the large and luxuries bed at the young boy, just 10 years of age and said:
“Son be just and fair, but do not let others exploit this. In some peoples hearts there is only envy, cowardice and greed, they will curse you for helping them and love you for oppressing them. Know the goodfolk from the bad and you shall have learned more from me than I could have ever hoped.”
He then closed his eyes and died. The small boy began to cry and asked for his favorite nanny. The advisors lost no time and gave the kings corpse to the Royal Academy to be embalmed, they then dressed it in fine robes and it was carried by honor guard all the way to Lyons. There was no firm legal basis for a regency council, some of the more powerful nobles might still demand the title of regent, but until the “King is interred, there shall be no regent in the land and no pretender to the throne, let any who claim this be considered traitors and anathema!”.
******
A great mausoleum stood in the city and above its entrance only the date of 1408 was to bee seen. But any and all who passed, knew who it was that rested there, for any could step in and see the old king resting on a slab guarded by the Musketeers. He seemed more alive than dead, more asleep than gone, the simple folk who made pilgrimages to the chapel hade nearly begun to worship the dead king and all the nobles and educated men who visited this place gazed at the wonders chemistry had allowed for and marveled how the Kingdome of France hade beaten nature.
His guard saluted the King’s guards, and then the saluted back but did not kneel before him. They where the King’s men after all and vowed to have no other master. Henry had no problem with this. He approached his father, and as he came nearer, he exclaimed:
-By Ozzy, he is not dead!” he had visited the tomb of his father many times, every birthday in fact, but it always remained equally unbelievable. There lay the man who he had seen die as a 10 year-old boy.
-”How can it be that men can defeat nature thus?” he asked one of the doctors and chemists scientist who often monitored and cared for the corpse and had offered to accompany the prince on his visits.
”I have answered your question many times my prince. But I think you are asking something different than what you have in the past...” he paused for a brief smile ”… so I will give you a different answer. Men did not triumph. Your father will decompose like all men but we have managed thanks to the grace of Ozzy and the brilliance of our scientists to keep him intact for these 20 years.”
-”So you are saying you will lose the battle? What was is point then? Why should a lost battle be fought?”
”I will lose every patient I will ever treat. I am not pleased by this, I firmly believe that every defeat inflicted by us on nature remains a defeat. But despite this it is a good fight to fight, my lord, one does not stop because he is doomed to fail, one stops because he sees that what he does is wrong.”
-”How long?”
”It has already begun my prince, by the fall your father will need to be buried.”
-”Very well in two months time we shall organize a grand funeral for the great King and a coronation ceremony for myself. The regency council has been urging me to retake power for some time in any case.”
”That would be wise my lord, the people need a king. These are hard times for France, disease troubles the simple folk, pirates sink our ships and the royal coffers grow empty.”
-”My what the printing press has done in these 100 years! A doctor is a politician and all misfortunes are widely known. Tell me when will I allow for me to know the business of a doctor like the doctor knows mine?”
The doctor gazed nervously and began apologetically:
”My Prince, I did not mean…”
-”No need my good doctor, I would actually much prefer it if newspapers were given more liberty in this regard. It is an unfortunate fact of life that the office of censorship is still vital to the realm.”
With these words he left hastily to meet the regency council.

This is Dirk Ginkel of Hollande speaking to you all.
Hollande has worked hard to create deep and trusting friendships with most nations. The only nation where we utterly fail on a diplomatic level is Mongolia. It is something I do not understand but has to do with Dutch arrogance or at least perceived Dutch arrogance. One does not see this in oneself so I am at a loss.
However our intelligence agencies have worked hard to secure vital information on Mongolia's plans, They are building Intelligence Agencies in all of their cities and I have it on good authority they are securing intelligence on all of us.
Now, intelligence is not a bad thing but in concert with mistrust or at least a cultural clash it is dangerous. I admit that Hollande has expended huge espionage efforts on Mongolia but not once enacted any spy missions in that country or empire as I prefer to label it.
Hollande has sufferred much spy sabotage by Mongolia -
Mines, roads and other improvements destroyed for centuries now since the start of the ancient war. More recently a technology was stolen, that of Nationalism and admitted to by the Mongol leaders - serfs or otherwise... Also, they infiltrated our government, my government and forced a change of civic from Caste System to serfdom - most significantly connected to their revolution but as it happens not too difficult for the Dutch to deal with.
However, my message to all nations is this. Whilst we are concentrating our intelligence efforts on Mongolia we are no longer ignoring our efforts on all other nations. Any deals we have made with several nations to restrain from intelligence gathering is now null and void.
The Mongols ae said to be gathering intelligence quite heavily on all of our nations and Hollande is forced to do likewise.
My aim is to simply encourage all nations to invest in intelligence before it is too late.
Yours truly,
Dirk Ginkel

Dirk was mildly interested in history and the convoluted stories of all nations but more importantly he was interested in strategy.
He was fascinated by the recent pirate attacks and he, like all nations, knew full well that a nation or perhaps several nations were sponsoring the pirate attacks.
Now, what happened first? The French and Mongols suddenly reported pirate attacks several decades ago. Fishing boats were being mercilessly destroyed and the French stated they lost galleons with settlers and crew on board. As did the Ottomans?
Other nations thought perhaps this was subterfuge and that the French were behind the attacks. Dirk could not possibly countenance this possibility as the pirates started raiding the most northerly of Dutch ports.
After losing a caravel in the south as a result of a Dutch Captains idiocy, 5 fishing tiles were destroyed - one in the capital, one in Nijmegen and 3 in the north.
The Dutch, who are building Ironclads to protect every single fishing site, killed two Privateers and this led Dirk to read the latest intelligence on unit losses as a clue to the perpetrating nation.
He was shocked.
All the while he was certain that the Mongols were behind the attacks but the Mongol power statistic remained steady at this time - as did the French.
Now, the fact that the Mongols and French were the first to lay complaint about pirates suggests that maybe it wasn't them.
The shocking fact, based on Dutch intelligence, is that the Inca power statistic was the only one to reduce around the time of the Dutch sinking of the two Privateers!
It is true that a little earlier the Carpathian power also reduced but too early and more in line with their New Hollande conflicts - so most unlikely to be them, particularly as they had not the tecnology to build such lethal ships.
Now, who can build Privateers?
Who has both Astronomy and Chemistry plus access to Iron or Copper?
Not the Americans, not the Mali, not Russia, nor the Dutch.
The French, Ottomans, Mongols and Inca.
But the power statistic...
Dirk was darkened... he could not believe that a fellow super power would ravage other nations in this way... He quietly thought to himself, should I make an international statement on this or should I consult the Inca?
He thought the latter and very carefully slipped his diary notes into his desk cabinet...

To any nation that might doubt us still, I suggest they look at the combat log, we lost galleons (I think all combat recorded should still be there in the save).
Also we were the first hit, our galleon en route to the New World was ambushed by two privateers about 10 plots off our coast.
One can could if he was a bit crazed fake pillagings but you can't fake loosing a ship in combat.
OOC: Is your post considered "secret"?
I had strong suspicions about the Inca the entire time.

Following the revolution and its upheavals in 1450-1460, the Socialist alliance emerged triumphant. They quickly began instigating an organized government. The ancient tradition of Representative government was reformed slightly to allow more citizens to participate. Having done away with the Feudalist ruling class, a new Legal system was established around the notions of Free Speech. This resulted in a vast increase in Mongolian cultural output as well as in trade.
The serfdom system was abolished and instead an implementation of specific priviligies and rights awarded to members of different professions, workers, specialists and all other groups. Some would call it a Caste System, but in fact the groups were not as rigid or as distinct as other caste systems. Religion was completely removed from government with the exception of Janus Thomas, the Catholic priest who had been a key player in the revolution. He once stated in reply to an accusation that his presence was a way for the catholics to sneak into power, that
"Every man has a faith, that mine happens to also be my profession and training does not preclude me from being a good Socialist. In fact even more than other men, I have a dedication to the cause that goes beyond the mere will to do good amongst men for its own benefits. I believe that God in his mercy has given us Communism to better implement his will upon the world. And his will is that man does not strive to seek wealth or riches, but instead strive for the betterment of himself and his neighbour. And as you should all be aware, I do not bring the Church with me when I ride to discuss politics. Nor do I bring the Committee board with me when I go to Church. The two are separate sides of the same coin, but lest there be chaos, they must remain separate. Therefore I strive for God when I preach in Church, and for Man when I speak to the people. To blend the two would be folly."
The final and most radical part of the Mongolian revolution was the implementation of an official policy of State Ownership of all lands and resources. Previously, in ancient times, the land had been communal for families and clans, but when Feudalism made its entry along with Mercantilism, aristocrats and merchants began to accumulate property. With the revolution a grand organization effort was made to redistribute wealth and land based on participation. Miners would own the mines, farmers would own the land, sailors would own the ships. All workers were given an equal "share" of the workplace and as such would in practice work for themselves. Administrators and clerks were also given the same share. A unit of production was a communal effort of the people working in it. This clearly illustrates the correlation between Mongolian nationalism and Socialism. Historian Jean-Pierre de Franca has famously stated, "The revolution elevated the idea that the nation was the people, and who better then to own the means of production than the nation?"
Productivity in Mongolia soared.
As for the formation of the government, in addition to the elected Clansmen who would make decisions at the Tribesmoot, a number of permanent positions were established to aid in the smooth running of the vast Confederacy. They were:
1. The Secretariat of Foreign Affairs, headed by Koba Vitharin.
2. The Overseer of Production, headed by Janus Thomas. A position roughly translatable to a ministry of interior, but with focus on solving inter-productional unit conflict and keeping a tally on the total production of the Confederacy.
3. The Masters of War, a defence ministry, headed by Temujin Khan, the charismatic leader of the revolution.
These three men as head of their departments were the most powerful men in Mongolia, but a failsafe was created, by Janus Thomas, that they must be elected or reconfirmed in their position every 5 years by a 2/3rds majority at the Tribesmoot. Following the revolution, this was a mere formality as the popularity of these men was uncontested.
“The greatest happiness is to vanquish your enemies, to chase them before you, to rob them of their wealth, to see those dear to them bathed in tears, to clasp to your bosom their wives and daughters.” -Genghis Khan (allegedly)
To: All states of the World, and its people.
From: The Foreign Secretariat, by Koba Vitharin.
The Formal Declaration of a ReFormation of the Mongolian Confederacy.
Mongolia has for centuries now been ruled by an elite of aristocrats. Its people have now ended this state of affairs and instigated a new government based on the rights of a nation to selfdetermine itself on the individual level.
As such, we proudly proclaim the emergence of The People's Socialist Confederacy of Mongolia.
We wish to extend a hand of friendship to all nations who would care to join us in denouncing greed and its natural child, poverty. For wealth for some means poverty for others, and such cruelty should never be allowed to exist. Mongolia will work diligently to spread freedom and equality to all nations of Terra.
Furthermore, we would like to publicly denounce Holland's spying against our production efforts. That Mongolia's Interpretation Office is the greatest Intelligence agency in the world is no secret, and we are currently planning to improve it further. If Holland is concerned that ideas such as nationalism spread naturally, perhaps they should tighten their grip on what little freedom exists in their oppressive nation and expand their censoring agencies. Let it be noted that Mongolia has no censorship of any kind, no man should be imprisoned or otherwise punished for his opinions or words. Holland it seems does not share this notion. As for their blatant lie that we are behind sabotage, we demand a public apology for this unwarranted and unjust accusation on our newly established Confederacy.
In addition, we would also demand the complete and utter cessation of any and all pirate activity. Lest Mongolia be forced to establish a powerful navy that would hunt these rabid seadogs back to the home ports they so cowardly conceal, where we would then mitigate the punishment justice demands. Any pirate ship destroyed in Mongolian waters will award the captain of the vessel a full ships load of silk, or 50 Gold.
We would also like to announce that the effect of the revolution has left us so prosperous that we will be establishing an international savings and loans institution in Akhitnur where developing nations can seek the investment needed to reach our level of civilization. Already we have agreed to lend 200 gold bars to France for this purpose, and other nations can seek investment as well. The People's Socialist Confederacy of Mongolia wishes to share our freedoms and wealth with other nations.
And finally, as part of our new position in the world we would like to offer access to all Mongolian ports. Any nation interested in an Open Borders agreement will be granted one, on the condition that they do not send any military to our lands. We would also ask that any exploratory or missionizing efforts be cleared with the Foreign Secretariat.

Modern man calls walking more quickly in the same direction down the same road “change.”
The world, in the last three hundred years, has not changed except in that sense.
The simple suggestion of a true change scandalizes and terrifies modern man. -Nicolás Gómez Dávila
TO: The Foreign Secretary of Mongolia by Koba Vitharin and all nations of Terra FROM: King Henry the V.
We are pleased to see a stable government in place in Mongolia. We hope amicable relations between our peoples will be possible. Ever since the funeral of my father Henry V, where Mongolia was one of the few nations that bothered to send a representative We have looked towards our southern neighbor with enthusiasm. We admire the Mongol commitment to freedom of speech and hope to allow our people such freedom as soon as possible. There may be some ideological friction in the distant future in our views of the economy, but the French Monarch has always had an ear for the poor and have been among the most generous nations on Terra with regards to aid to less developed countries. We were also among the first to abandon the distastefull practice of slavery and to renounce both it and serfdom.
We also publicly reveal that we have negotiated a loan of 200 gold bars from the glorius People's Socialist Confederacy of Mongolia. We have agreed to return the sum of gold together with interest to Mongolia in a timely fashion. We thank the Mongolian state for giving a helping hand in our nations attempts to catch up with the more advanced nations of terra.

Inca condemns all the latest statements proposing a possible involvement of our nation in piracy. We would like to stress that any further vague and ungrounded statements would be boycotted most severely. Mark our words we will not tolerate such treatment.
Inca is also concerned about recent spying activities on its lands. We warn the nation behind this acts that if caught a declaration of war would exist immediately.
And to all those who are thinking to increase their intelligence against us, beware you do not want Inca unleashing its full intelligence capabilities on you as a counter measure.
