HOTWXII Testing and Organisational thread

Ok, I've re-tweaked the map. Carpathia is correctly named and a few (very small) changes were made. So in this post is the new, correct map to use tomorrow. Deity is right about which folder to place it in:

C:\Documents and Settings\iadkins\My Documents\My Games\Beyond the Sword\Saves\WorldBuilder\HOTW XII Map.CivBeyondSwordWBSave

I've just tested and this is where it needs to be for the host to start 'new scenario'.

But maybe also put an exact copy in the saves\multi folder as well: C:\Documents and Settings\iadkins\My Documents\My Games\Beyond the Sword\Saves\multi

W cant talk in YIM, so, just checking.

You start up Civ 4BTS and start an INTERNET game; then choose to login to the Lobby. If you don't have an account you need to create one.

NB The Gamespy login has nothing to do with Cybers accounts - just set up your own.

just create a new anon Lobby login yourself
