I hardly think it's game-breaking... I don't object to this element of espionage, as it's not hard to counter (by having your own espionage). I don't like a lot of the espionage system, but knowing your opp's tech path is an interesting strategic decision (which opp(s) to know).<Reverend> IRC is just multiplayer notepad.

It's more the fact that if you have conquered on civ you can have so many more cities, and then you get to know your opponents tech path just by slaving courthouses in all of your cities, which you are going to have to do in most cities just to handle maintence, so it isn't a choice, it's a no brainer.You just wasted six ... no, seven ... seconds of your life reading this sentence.Comment
