When I plyaed it was mirror map, tiny, 250 turns. The game degenerates into an axeman+catapult war and it moves at a snail's pace. I can write a book on all the flaws in the game, everything from the numerical value of units to the tech system and the expansion system.

Civ II wasn't perfect but we had a lot of fun with it.
We're having fun with IV.

Civ2 was balanced and playable. ALso, Civ2's ****ing screen didn't float and there wasn't computer lag as you clicked on your cities. You literally feel like you're in slow motion when playing civ4 and it actually hurts your game because you can't do things fast enough sometimes. What game ****ing ties your hands even more by decreasing the response time of the interface?

We actually enjoy the game, and are obviously too braindead to realize how unbalanced this game is.
